Apple Milk Shake || How to make Apple Milk Shake...


Apple Milk Shake is just a regular milk shake but I have used almonds and honey. This makes a different taste.
Just try once I am sure you will Love it as well as ur kids and its healthy too..

Soak almonds in warm water for 15 mins and chop apple..

Add milk,apple,almonds,honey,suger and ice..

* You can add vanila ice-cream for extra thickness n smoothness..

Apple milk Shake Recipe given Below :

Ingredients :

Apple - 1(skin peeled and chopped into cubes)
Chilled Milk - 2 cups
Almonds - 5
Honey - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp

Vanila ice-cream - 2 scoops

Procedure :

-Mix all the ingredients in jar n churn them till smooth.
-serve chilled with almonds on top .

Serving :2
Time for preparation :10 mins.
Cooking time : not required.

Masala paniyaram Recipe or Appe || How to make Spice Appe...


Masala Paniyaram are the spiced dumplings made from left over idli batter.
Paniyarams can be made plain , spiced or sweet. 
These are soft from inside and crisp from outside.
Masala Paniyarams is a South Indian dish which my mom used to make for my school tiffin with a modified version which she used to call
‘Appe’

Paniyarams are made in a special cookware called Paniyaram chatti.
In market one gets both non stick and metal version.



 Heat the paniyaram chatti. add a few drops of oil in each mould
  
Pour the Batter in the oulds upto ¾ of the mould.
Allow to cook for few minutes turn them carefully with the help of spoon.
you can flip them once or twice more so that they get cooked evenly. you can also add some more oil if required. when the paniyarams are golden from all sides.


Masala Paniyaram Modified recipe given below :
Ingredients
·         2 cups idli batter
·         1 medium size onion, finely chopped or minced
·         1 or 2 green chilies, finely chopped
·         ½ inch ginger, finely chopped or grated
·         a pinch of asafoetida/hing (optional)
·         ½ tsp crushed black pepper (optional)
·         ¼ tsp red chili powder/lal mirch powder
·         2 tbsp chopped curry leaves
·         ½ cup grated caroot
·         salt if required
Instructions
1.   mix all the ingredients in the idli batter.
2.   add salt if the idli batter does not have salt previously added to it. stir well.
3.   heat the paniyaram chatti. add a few drops of oil.
4.   pour spoonful of the batter ¾ of the paniyaram mould.
5.   allow the batter to cook for 2-3 minutes on a low or medium flame.
6.   turn each paniyaram with the help of a spoon.
7.   now allow the other side to get cooked and crisp.
8.   turn once or twice for uniform cooking.
9.   remove and serve them hot.
10.      These masala paniyaram are also good as tiffin box snack or picnic snack.
11.serve masala paniyaram with coconut chutney or mint chutney.
* In orignal masala Paniyaram coconut is used insted of caroot.

Hot Masala Corn Chaat || How to make masala corn chaat....


Corn’s on cob has transported me back to Mumbai . I associated it with Mumbai rains .
 Market will be flooded with fresh corn at that time bhuttawala will be found everywhere.
 He would roast or steam them then Squeeze lemon , salt , chaat masala . I used to enjoy a lot eating hot & spicy.
It is easy snack which you can prepare quickly or
 whenever you are short in time.

Even Bachelors can make it b’coz it doesn’t required any cooking expertise.







Corn Chaat Recipe Given Below :
     Ingredients:

Corn kernels :-1 cup
Onion :-1
Cucumber:-1
Tomato :-1
Capsicum:- ¼ cup
Peanuts:-¼ cup
Raw mango:-¼ cup
Chaat masala:-1 tsp
Sev or boondi :-¼ cup
Lemon juice :-1 tbsp

Tools required:
Spatula
Medium bowl

Preparation method
In a pan, deep fry the peanuts in Butter.
Cut all the veggies.
Now sauté the corn kernels in melted butter for about one minute.
Then add cucumber, tomato, onion, raw mango, capsicum, pepper, coriander leaves, salt, chaat masala and lime squeeze.
Mix peanuts, sev or boondi on top of this mixture before serving.
Serve immediately.

Serving Suggestions
Garnish with salted boondi and sev. Serve with onion slices and lemon wedges.

Mango Milk Shake with Chocolate || How to make MANGO MILK SHAKE...



Mango Milk Shake used to be my favorite Summer Drink . When i was in India, Mom used to make this during mango season & Serve Chilled . She used to use Alphanso mangoes which were quite famous but here in Indonesia i havn't found but yes i have tried with a variety called Harumanis.
So, I have tried Mango Milk Shake with a personal Touch Of Chocolate...


Riped mangoes Peeled & Chopped

                     Add  Milk , Suger and vanilla Ice Cream..
Use chocolate sause around the glass n freeze it..


Mango milk Shake recipe Given Below :

Ingredients
·         2 medium size mangoes
·         2 cup milk
·         2 teaspoon of sugar (optional)
·         4 small ice cubes (optional)
·         2 Scoop Of vanilla ice-cream
·         Chocolate Sauce
·         Chocolate Chips

Instructions
1.    wash the mangoes and peel them.
2.    chop the mango pulp into small pieces.
3.    add the mango pulp into the blender along with milk
4.    add the sugar as per your taste and also considering the sweetness of mangoes.
5.    add Vanilla ice cream.
6.     you can add ice cubes also at this stage or you can add the ice cubes while serving the mango shake.
7.    blend everything till smooth.
8.    Pour the shake in glass with chocolate
9.    and serve the mango shake with few choco chips for garnish.
