Hot Masala Corn Chaat || How to make masala corn chaat....
Corn’s on cob has transported me back to Mumbai
. I associated it with Mumbai rains .
Market
will be flooded with fresh corn at that time bhuttawala will be found
everywhere.
He would
roast or steam them then Squeeze lemon , salt , chaat masala . I used to enjoy
a lot eating hot & spicy.
It is easy snack which you can prepare
quickly or
whenever you are short in time.
Even Bachelors can make it b’coz it doesn’t
required any cooking expertise.

Ingredients:
Corn kernels :-1 cup
Onion :-1
Cucumber:-1
Tomato :-1

Capsicum:- ¼ cup
Peanuts:-¼ cup
Peanuts:-¼ cup
Raw mango:-¼ cup
Chaat masala:-1 tsp
Sev or boondi :-¼ cup
Lemon juice :-1 tbsp
Chaat masala:-1 tsp
Sev or boondi :-¼ cup
Lemon juice :-1 tbsp

Preparation method
In a
pan, deep fry the peanuts in Butter.
Cut all
the veggies.
Now
sauté the corn kernels in melted butter for about one minute.
Then
add cucumber, tomato, onion, raw mango, capsicum, pepper, coriander leaves,
salt, chaat masala and lime squeeze.
Mix
peanuts, sev or boondi on top of this mixture before serving.
Serve
immediately.
Serving Suggestions
Garnish with salted
boondi and sev. Serve with onion slices and lemon wedges.
