Red chutney || How to make Spicy Red Chilly Garlic Chutney at home
The
Chilly Garlic Chutney is a spicy and tangy chutney . It is great Sidedish for
many snacks . I Love to serve this chuteny with Momo’s , Spring rolls and even
with Wraps and sandwiches also. For me it’s a great side dish to accompanie
with many snacks. Do try and serve it and grab compiments.
Recipe;-
Ingredients:-
-8 to 10
red chillies .
-6 to 8
medium Garlic cloves.
-1 medium
sized tomatoe.
-1tsp
kashmiri red chilly powder.
- ½ tsp
Amchur powder.
-1tsp Mustard
oil.
-1tsp
butter.
- ½ tsp
jeera.
- salt as
required.
Procedure:-

Chop the chillies and deseed them.

Peel and roughly chop tomatoe.

Bleand both chillies and tomatoes.

Chop garlic finely.
-
Now take butter in pan add jeera to it.
-
Add garlic to it . when raw smell of garlic is
gone .

Then, add paste of tomatoe and chillies.

Now add chilly powder , amchur powder and salt.

Now add musterd oil and keep it to cool dow.

Serve as a sidedish with your favourite chat.
